How to Reserve a Booth Space


1. Review the online floorplan. Available spaces are highlighted in blue.
2. Complete and submit the PDF Exhibitor Application and email it to Mary Novack

Booths larger than 20' x 20' cannot be cut at this time.

10' x 10' spaces may be combined to make larger spaces except for the following configuration:

$38.00 per square foot. Booths are 10' x 10' unless otherwise noted.

EXHIBIT SPACE RENTAL INCLUDES:


* Back and side dividing pipe and drape
* Booth sign on white card stock (approximately 44") with company name and booth number
* Badges for people staffing your exhibit (2 complimentary badges per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space)
* Company listing in the February 2025 RE Magazine Pre-Show Issue (listings submitted by November 1, 2024),
onsite printed Show Guide (listings submitted by January 6, 2025), on the show website and the show Mobile App

Items such as booth carpet, furniture, electrical service, etc., are NOT included with the booth space but can be ordered for an additional charge.
